- Tests of malabsorption
- Jejunal Bx: Increased villous atrophy & characteristic accumulation of lipid beneath basement membrane
- Mx
- Tetracycline 250mg qid + Folic acid for 1/12
- Correction of fluid / nutritional deficiency
- Prognosis / Natural Hx:
- Usually resolves over approximately one month
