- Arise near the front of the Aorta, below the Renal Arteries
- Arise well above the origin of the Inferior Mesenteric Artery
- Slope steeply downwards over Psoas and Genitofemoral Nerve
- Right Gonadal Artery
- First crosses the Inferior Vena Cava
- Right Gonadal Artery crossed by the 3rd part of the Duodenum and Root of the Mesentery
- Cross the Ureter, supplying its middle portion
- Crossed by the Colic Vessel
- Left Gonadal Artery
- Crossed by the Inferior Mesenteric Vein
- Reach Pelvic Brim about halfway between the Sacroiliac Joint and the Inguinal Ligament
- After this point, their course in each sex is different
- Testicular Artery
- Runs along the Pelvic Brim above the External Iliac Artery
- Enters the Deep Inguinal Ring
- Passes in the Spermatic Cord to the Testis
- Ovarian Artery
- Crosses the Pelvic Brim and External Iliac Vessels
- Enters the Suspensory Ligament
- Pass to the Ovary and Uterine Tube
- Testicular Artery
