Definition
- proliferation of monomorphic, evenly spaced, dyshesive cells filling, but not expanding, the involved lobule
- Similar to LCIS
- But cells do not fill/distend > 50% of acini within a lobule
- +/- Extend into the ducts
Management
- Observe
- Excise if not concordant
Natural Hx
- Associated with increased malignancy in either breast
F/U
- Annual Mammograms
