- Works by topically up-regulating cytokines

- Apply OD/BD for 5 days, then 2 rest days, for 6 weeks
- Until erythema, crusting, and scab formation develops
- Wash hands thoroughly after use
- Warn of severe skin response with blistering
- Review patient after 2-3/12 to gauge response
- Can also be used for any field change, Bowen’s disease, early superficial BCC
