- Incl. LES and colon
- Causes vasodilation
- Increases the growth of certain adenocarcinomas
- Stimulates insulin release
- Important neurotransmitter
- Found throughout GI Tract
- And also in the respiratory tract
- Vasodilation and bronchodilation
