- Attached to the posterior border of the Perineal Membrane
- Lies between Anal Canal and Vagina or Bulb of the Penis
- Rectovaginal Septum blends into it above
- Muscles running into the Perineal Body include:
- External Anal Sphincter
- Pubovaginalis (Puboprostaticus) part of the Levator Ani
- Bulbospongiosus
- Superficial and Deep Transverse Perineal Muscles
